- Each applicant is initially screened to determine qualifications, experience, and skill set.

- Employees are registered with the Georgia Department of Social Services as Home Care Aides.
- Approved applicants are then selected to be part of our Touching Lives With Integrity program.
- Caregivers are prepared for their roles as home care aides with lessons in health, safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.

Required Documents
- A Photo Identification Card (e.g., driver’s license or state ID card)
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test Results (within the last 90 days) or Chest X-Ray Results (within the previous five years)
- Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry Personnel ID (HCA#)
- Social Security Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, Work Permit, or Permanent Resident Card
Additional Requirements
- All employees must be at least 25 years old.
- A minimum of five years of experience working in hospice, respite, Alzheimer's, dementia, and personal care is required.
