Ensuring Excellent Caregiving

  1. Each applicant is initially screened to determine qualifications, experience, and skill set.
  2. Caregivers are background-checked by Nationwide and the DOJ database.
  3. Employees are registered with the Georgia Department of Social Services as Home Care Aides.
  4. Approved applicants are then selected to be part of our Touching Lives With Integrity program.
  5. Caregivers are prepared for their roles as home care aides with lessons in health, safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
